Digital Scan Partners / Submit a Digital File

Here at Durham Dental Laboratory, we accept Scans from Most Major Intraoral Scanners.

Steps:

1)  Visit us.3shapecommunicate.com.

2) Search scan@durhamdentallab.ca to find our lab and connect

3) Select Durham Dental Laboratory whenever sending fil

Steps:

Option 1:

  1. Visit https://www.meditlink.com/register and select “don’t have an account? Sign up.”

  2. Select the “Administrator” option under the category that best fits your business.

  3. Provide your information and check your email for a verification link. This email will also contain instructions to download the software.

  4. Select “Add New Partner” and search for Durham Dental Laboratory to start sending cases to our lab.

 

Option 2:

  1. Send an email to our office or to our digital technicians directly to tell them you wish to send files.

  2. Please provide us with the name of your business associated with the Medit account.

  3. We will find you and connect with your office.

Align Technology iTero™ Element 5D

Steps:

Option 1:

  1. Select Find a Laboratory on your iTero Scanner or use lab locator at www.itero.com.

  2. Connect with Durham Dental Laboratory using our Company ID 8787.

  3.  After connecting to us as a Lab, select Durham Dental Laboratory on your scanner when sending files.

 

Option 2:

  1. Is to call 1 800-577-8767 and Select Option 2 in the main menu.

  2.  Request that Durham Dental Laboratory is added to your scanner using our phone number: 905 426-3663 or our Company ID 8787.

  3. After connecting to us as a lab, select Durham Dental Laboratory on your scanner when sending files.

Ds Core

      

Steps:

  1. Navigate to your practice account on the top right and select Practice.

  2. In the Practice menu, go to Preferred labs.

  3. Click Add preferred labs

  4. To search for your preferred lab, click on the search bar and type in the lab name.

  5. Once you find us, click on Add lab.

  6. A pop-up window will appear asking if you want to add the lab.

    Click on Add lab to confirm and close the window.

  7. Use the left arrow in the top left corner to return to your Preferred labs list.

Don’t see your scanner machine?

 

Not to worry, our office is dedicated to servicing you with the best service possible.

You can export your scan files and submit them to us that way.

 

If you do not wish to do that let us simply know your scanner and our Lab will try our best to get an account to have you send us your files.
